DiaNova SelectHome SAS, 12 rue Macquart, appartement B3, 59800 Lille, France. For questions about your personal data, email dianova.selecthome@gmail.com.

Contact form

When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number and property location, and your message. Your name, email and message are required so we can respond. We use this information only to handle your enquiry and discuss a potential service with you.

Processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where applicable, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. The form checkbox confirms that you have read this information and wish to be contacted about your enquiry; it does not sign you up for marketing.

Enquiries are retained for 12 months after the last exchange and then deleted, unless a legal or contractual obligation requires a longer period. Only authorised DiaNova SelectHome staff and technical providers involved in email delivery and hosting can access this information. We do not sell it.

Your rights

Depending on your circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, or object to its processing. Email dianova.selecthome@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
